Returns for Store Credit
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Please note:

All returns are refunded via store credit only. in the form of a HOTFIT credit.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are received and inspected.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition, with all tags attached
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.
Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused

Unwashed

In original condition, with all tags intact
Your replacement item will be shipped once your exchange has been approved and processed.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If you received a damaged item, the wrong product, or your order is missing something:
Do not send the item back.
Instead, please contact our Customer Care team at help@hotfit.co.

Provide a complimentary return label, if necessary

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Important Note on Return Packaging
If you're returning more than one order, please package each order separately.
Returns sent together in a single package will require additional processing time. Additionally, we cannot issue store credit for any non-eligible items included in the return.
